Dayana joined the Law Office of Spojmie Nasiri in April 2019 as an intern. An extremely proud daughter of two Mexican immigrants, she is a first-generation college student majoring in journalism and government.
Her passion for immigration came from her family’s personal challenges within the U.S. immigration system. She vividly remembers the language barriers, economic challenges, and injustices she and her family experienced. As a Dreamer and DACA holder herself, She fully believes that her family is her drive to continue to pursue her dream of one day becoming an immigration attorney.
Dayana is passionate about helping families like hers obtain immigration relief. For this reason, the Law Office of Spojmie Nasiri, PC was a perfect fit for her. Dayana spends her free time meditating, watching Marvel movies with her family, hiking, and being a plant mom.
Jose España has been working as a legal assistant since 2022 and joined the Law Office of Spojmie Nasiri PC in March 2024. His passion for immigration processes began when he became increasingly aware of the challenges and difficulties many immigrants face in their daily lives due to a lack of knowledge and support. Jose graduated as an English Language Teaching (ELT) educator and holds a Master’s degree in ELT education. He has successfully linked both professions, and his experience as an educator has helped him become more sympathetic and understanding of each client's situation. With his background, Jose is dedicated to providing informed and compassionate assistance to those navigating the complexities of immigration.
