When my husband and I were looking for a lawyer to help us with his immigration case, we started by asking our friends and family if they had any recommendations of lawyers they've worked with.
We met with a few of those recs, a friend recommended Mrs. Nasiri. We contacted her law office and we got a quick response. We set up a first intake interview via Zoom and it was a match. From the first conversation we knew she was the right person to represent us.
She and her team were incredibly awesome and very clear when explaining every step and the reason behind everything. They guided us through the application process, the getting together of evidence. They were very quick at replying to any question or worry we had. They gave us a great sense of calm through this stressful process.
When we were all done putting together our docket, she explained the possible outcomes. She explained that in the ideal situation, the dream case would be for the case to be submitted and that based on the evidence, USCIS would grant my husband his green card without any further questioning, next would be to be called in for an interview as a couple and she would attend with us, and so on.
Well, she made the dream outcome become a reality. About 6 months after filing, my husband received the request for fingerprinting, about 9 months after filing, he received his legal work permit, and a year and a half later, we received his green card in the mail, without an interview ( we know how incredibly rare this is).
We have recommended Mrs. Nasiri to our friends and family.
